Dedicated to Wellbeing

UBCO yoga club aims to bring yoga enthusiasts together through free classes, workshops, social events, and meditation groups. We hope to make yoga accessible for every body on campus as we realize yoga's enormous potential to heal, alleviate stress, and bring about peace and joy within. We appreciate all forms of yoga and encourage UBCO community members of all levels (including absolute beginners) to participate!

WHY BECOME A MEMBER?

UBCO yoga club aims to provide classes and workshops that are accessible for all students. With this goal in mind, we keep our live events free and open to everyone.  
Purchasing a membership to the UBCO yoga club gives one year of access to a variety of recorded practices. We hope our sliding scale membership fee ($2-20) supports our objectives while honouring the time and energy the local teachers put into recording classes.

OUR SPACE

UBCO Yoga Club typically holds events on campus in Studio 1 at the UBCO Hangar Fitness Centre.  In nicer weather you may be able to find us outdoors at various locations around campus.
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our events, classes, and workshops will be hosted online until further notice.  We will use a variety of sources to ensure accessibility: Zoom, Instagram, Facebook Live, and more.
