JULIET

She was trained in Kripalu yoga in 2017 and also has trauma-informed yoga training through Yoga Outreach. Juliet works as a paramedic and so her yoga practice brings balance back into her life. Just a warning before you take her class: be ready not to take yourself too seriously because humor is the only way that she gets through stretching. . When she’s not out hiking with her puppy or backcountry camping, you might find her doing jiu jitsu where she practices her ninja skills.
